Robert L. Morse is CEO and Co-Founder of Strattam Capital, a private equity firm focused on established, high-potential business technology companies. Founded in 2013, Strattam has offices in Austin and San Francisco. Previously, Mr. Morse was a Partner at Oak Hill Capital Partners, and has also worked at Loudcloud, an internet infrastructure pioneer, GCC Investments, and Morgan Stanley. Mr. Morse holds an MBA from Stanford University, where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar, and a BSE, summa cum laude, from Princeton University. He currently serves on the Board of Doxim Holdings, Trax Technologies, Blacksmith Applications and Contegix, as well as the Advisory Board of the HMTF Center for Private Equity Finance at the University of Texas in Austin.

William J. Pade is a Partner of Oak Hill Capital and an advisor to Strattam Capital Management. He is responsible for originating, structuring and managing investments in Oak Hill’s Services sector. Before joining Oak Hill, Bill served in various positions at McKinsey & Company, a global management consulting firm, for 26 years. In his most recent role with McKinsey, Bill served as a Director and Managing Partner of McKinsey’s Silicon Valley office, and before that he led McKinsey’s high technology practice in Europe. He currently serves on the board of directors of Pulsant Limited, Monsoon Commerce Inc., Intermedia, Inc. and is Chairman of the Board of NG Data. He was previously a director of Veritas Software Corporation and ViaWest, Inc. Bill holds a bachelor’s degree from Harvard College and an MBA, with distinction, from the Harvard Business School.

Tom Tinsley recently retired as a Managing Director with General Atlantic LLC where he served from 1999-2016. Prior to that he served as the CEO of Baan Company, NV (a General Atlantic portfolio company) and prior to that was a Director at McKinsey & Company from 1978-1995.

Mr. Tinsley has served on numerous public, private and non-profit boards. Currently, he serves on the boards of TRAX and Contegix which are companies sponsored by Strattam Capital (where he also serves on the board). Additionally, he serves as Co-Chair of the DC Region for Teach for America and on the boards of Life Flight of Maine and the Island Institute of Maine.

Mr. Tinsley earned an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a B.A. in Politics and Theology from the University of Notre Dame.

Alisher Ashurov (Ali) is a Managing Partner of Abbey Road Capital LLC, a private investment firm focused on B2B services, payments and financial services companies.  Prior to founding Abbey Road Capital, Ali was a member of the Executive Team at FleetCor Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: FLT), a leading global provider of specialized payment products and services including fleet cards, food cards, corporate lodging discount cards and other specialized payment services.  At FleetCor, Ali was responsible for leading the company’s global expansion, acquiring over 20 companies and managing and growing several of its business units.   Ali holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and BBA with a concentration in Finance from Emory University.
