A high-end retailer experienced challenges with third-party parcel delivery companies during the holiday season. With a record number of orders, the capacity of parcel integrators became a bottleneck. Many customers were negatively impacted by the long delays at the worst possible time.
The retailer set out to resolve the problem by working closely with the parcel companies and Trax to gain early visibility to delivery performance during peak holiday shipping activity.
Blake brings more than 25 years of experience in enterprise software and services. His experience spans across both vertical and horizontal applications as well as venture, private equity and public companies. Prior to Trax, Blake has held leadership positions at companies such as BMC/Bladelogic, Khoros, and Workiva.
Bill has over 30 years of experience in enterprise software sales, the last 19 of which have been in sales leadership roles. A four-time CRO, Bill has a proven track record for building Go-To-Market teams and processes that allow teams to scale revenue predictably and reliably. Bill's leadership style is heavy on coaching and enablement, having been honed at companies like BladeLogic/BMC and Okta. Prior to Trax, Bill served as CRO of Aware and Hyperscience and was a CRO in-residence of Victorem Partners where he helped other start-up CROs create effective Go-To-Market strategies and playbooks.
Liz brings more than 25 years of experience in financial management, strategic investment and M&A activity, with particular focus on technology and Internet companies. Her experience spans a wide range of industries and includes retail, media and entertainment, online advertising, software and professional services from start-up to multi-billion dollar businesses.
Prior to Trax, Liz has held leadership positions at companies such as Korn Ferry, General Motors and Deloitte. She is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies from Robert Gordon University.
John has more than 20 years of experience in operational leadership in supply chain, software and software-enabled services companies. He has led organizations serving a variety of industries from technology, oil & gas, pharmaceutical, legal, and transportation. John’s experience spans companies both privately held as well as public companies, leading teams in operations, professional services, commercial and corporate development functions.
Prior to Trax, John ran global delivery at Intapp (Nasdaq: INTA) for risk & compliance software to law firms, financial services firms, and accounting/consulting firms. He has held leadership positions at notable companies such as FreeMarkets, E2open, AssetNation/Ritchie Bros, and ConocoPhillips.
John is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, NY, with a degree in Civil Engineering.
Jason Westigard joined Trax Technologies in 2023 and serves as Chief Product Officer where he leads the Product and Technology organization. Previously, Jason served as Head of Product at Strattam Capital as part of the Operations Team where he worked with Senior Product leaders across the Strattam portfolio of companies. Previously Jason served as the Vice President of Product Management at Interactions, LLC., where he was focused on the development of Conversational AI systems. Passionate about user-centered product development and helping companies build high-performing product teams and practices, Jason previously held senior roles at, Spredfast, Inovis and the Dachis Group. Jason earned his M.A., in Learning, Design, and Technology from Stanford University, and his M.S.&E., in Management from Stanford University.
With a long history of supply chain automation and transportation logistics experience, Mr. Beda works closely with the sales and marketing organization to ensure new and existing customers take full advantage of the Total TSM/TSI Spend Intelligence services offered by Trax. Additionally, Mr. Beda manages the Advisory practice at Trax. While with Trax, Mr. Beda has been instrumental in assisting clients with improving their spend management programs for both inbound and outbound supply chains. By successfully completing many parcel and non-parcel contract optimization projects, Mr. Beda has assisted shippers in aligning contracts with changing shipping dynamics, especially in the area of business to consumer last-mile delivery. Mr. Beda has been recognized as one of the “Pros to Know” by the Supply & Demand Chain Executive editorial committee for two years running and is a regular speaker at the Parcel Forum.
